I'm Fraidy Jerusalem, and it's nice to meet you.
In 2011, I was thrust into my new position as Customer Service Manager, with zero guidance.
I spoke to my team one by one. I heard from them what they wanted, what was going on, and found a tremendous amount of information.
My next steps were clear. I had to work with my team. Together we discussed dynamics, created systems, processes, and instituted trainings – that made all the difference.
I could not do it alone.

I focused on my team’s individual talents, and matched them with the right jobs for their skills. Our team worked to develop processes that worked, and created productive systems.
By taking steps to create proper communication, team meetings, and changing the company culture so everyone felt that they were an important part of the process–
